Resumes

I offer two different services for resume editing: proofreading or styling. Services can be combined or done separately.

Proofreading

In proofreading a resume, I address the following:

1. Spelling mistakes (for example, spell-check doesn’t distinguish between there and their)
2. Grammatical errors
3. Incorrect punctuation marks (such as periods outside quotation marks)
4. Active word choice 

During the proofreading process I’ll not change the order or style of the resume.

Styling 

Styling refers the visual look and structure of the resume.

When styling a resume, I’ll reorganize the resume to follow a proven template. Prior to styling the resume, we’ll discuss your future goals and past work experience to create a cohesive story. Whether you’re fresh out of college or looking for your next job, my goal is to help you be a competitive and confident candidate when applying to jobs.
